RunGen.AI allows users to deploy and host AI models, utilize GPU services, and access additional features for personal or commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
Submit or process personal information, or, illegal or NSFW content.
Attack, disrupt, or abuse the infrastructure (e.g., DDoS, unauthorized access, excessive resource consumption).
Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass security features.
Use RunGen.AI for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
Users can freely select and use models on RunGen.AI. By using a model, users confirm that they have the necessary usage rights or licenses. RunGen.AI and its GPU providers are granted permission to run these models on behalf of the user.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of AI models complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and licensing requirements.
Ownership of Content
Users retain ownership of all content generated through RunGen.AI unless explicitly shared publicly using the hashtag #RunGenAI. Content shared under this hashtag grants RunGen.AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and promotional purposes.
Billing & Payments
RunGen.AI operates on a prepaid credit system:
Users are responsible for topping up their account balance as needed. RunGen.AI reserves the right to terminate instances if the account balance turns negative.
If enabled by the users, RunGen.AI will automatically charge users when their balance falls below a set threshold.
Refunds are generally not provided for unused credit balances.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. If prices increase, we will provide at least one week's notice before changes take effect.
Service Availability
RunGen.AI strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or force majeure events. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without liability.
Data Collection & Privacy
We collect and store basic account data, app configurations, logs, and user prompts as operationally required. All information is encrypted at rest according to best practices. Users have the right to request deletion of all their data under GDPR. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Account Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
Violation of these Terms.
Security threats or abuse of our infrastructure.
Non-payment or fraudulent activity.
Any other reason that may pose a risk to RunGen.AI or its users.
Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunGen.AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Disclaimer of Warranties
